Infamous: First Light :platinum:
So happy, my first PS4 game that I got the :platinum: for. :] Took quite a while, but definitely a fun little DLC. Story was really great, the narrative was amazing, the powers you get are fun, and the challenges are quite challenging. But, glad it's all over with now. :)
It's been a while. A very long while, and I'm still playing Touhou - Imperishable Night. Not sure if the video player here allows for 60fps playback, but that's there if you're interested.

Gonna Play P3 again, then P4 for the first time and then PQ:P4 side. I have been watching a lot of P4A videos and need those games. They reveal a lot of information that wasn't known before. But what I love the mst is how the P3 characters have aged well, relatively with myself. I was in high school 8 years ago and now I am in my 20's, as the remaining upperclassmen are. There is a generation gap between lovers of P3 vs. the P4 crowd and I can respect that. I do prefer P3, but I can understand why those slightly younger argue on the side of P4.

Story mode is fun but kinda short. Some challenges (only for those who want to get the platinum) are quite tedious.
Tales of Legendia at last! The main story is fantastic and the soundtrack is very good.
My problems that i would love to go in detail with; are way too long for me to bother post so i'll be brief.
#1 Battles: Anyone who has heard, read, or seen it knows why they suck especially since its still the old linear system established ages ago.
#2 The epilogue: The story of the game is really good and the characters voices help "keep the fire going".
So imagine all of the fun of the game established in the main story is removed!
That my friends is the epilogue and even worse its repetitive.
The epilogue is divided into Character Quests for each member minus the main two protags Senel and Shirley.
Each quest revolves around the character acting on old ambitions or bringing back old memories and etc which lead them away from the party.
Step 1: The party try to find clues.
Step 2: Enter dungeon for answers. Fight Boss. End up with nothing.
Step 3: Back to town for review.
Step 4: Another dungeon. Fight Boss. Character reveals there problem then party faces clone of character. End Quest.
Step 5: For longer quests repeat Step 2 and 3 until 4 comes.
Final word? ToL is a great game and its story is worth seeing through the epilogue but the fun factor is shattered at that point.
If you power through it like i did even with lag as a factor (emulated it) you will be happy you finished even with the sad ending.
Score 7.5/10 only because its a more than average Tales it's well done despite 3D models for the characters are only used in battle, skits, and cutscenes.
Regardless i did enjoy the game now im going to happily remove the game from my computer cuzz i don't want to be reminded of the pain. It was worth it though :D

You need a guide for all the collectibles...there are heaps but most are easy to find, main issue is you need to grab most of them before moving onto some parts of the game. You'll understand what I mean when you look at a guide.
Enemies are very few and pathetic.

Very easy. Also one of the better Call of Duty games in a long time (talking campaign/co-op only here).
Icewind Dale 2... probably still my favorite Infinity Engine game.
Every time I play it though, I often end up questioning myself, on why I insist on bring a Fighter multiclassed with Barbarian/Ranger/Paladin/Meat. Sure he's the king of early game but once 3rd level spells show up, he mostly exists to bait [s]and die from[/s] Fireball, Flame Strike, Firestorm, Fire Seeds, Sunfire and anything else related to fire. Eh.
Also Kingdom Hearts 1.5 ReMIX, well specifically the KH1 Final Mix remaster anyway. The game feels really archaic compared to KH2 and BBS to me. Still, its pretty good anyway because of the nostalgia from both the game, and the classic Disney worlds.

I have finished this game 3 times now and only once the correct way and I feel alot better knowing I did that :D.
And then I even went further and killed the Shinryu one of the super bosses of the game.
Only Omega stands in my way now! We'll see how that goes. :D
Beat Binding of Isaac rebirth on PC. Got the lost and beat all the bits on hard with him. To be honest it was a reset fest. There was absolutely no point even starting a run til I knew I had half a chance from the beginning

Oops forgot in my previous post to mention that I finished Rune Factory tides of Destiny as of like a week ago. I'm close to a plat on this game, but can't defeat the Coliseum the 2nd time around. Got as far as the mole boss then died to a single combo of his, currently about level 75, with pretty high level gear.(yes its already starred, except my weapon) The only thing I really see left to do is grind to level 99, which I honestly don't feel like doing at the moment.

Just completed Super Mario 3mix 100%! :D Definitely the best SMB3 romhack out there currently. Barring some graphical glitches here and there, this could easily be confused as an actual Nintendo product.

I just finished off Sly Cooper Thieves in time yesterday. This morning/early afternoon I finished off the last trophy I needed which was navigate like Drake, making for my 12th :platinum:.

Practically beat, but I just got to look for the hidden monitors before doing the final cut scene.

Larva Mortus and Memories of a Vagabond. Trying to get all the achievements in LM is a massive pain because the items needed for them are random drops, and the game still drops achievement items you already have.
Also fully completed Aeon Command, which was less much less annoying... but a much bigger grind. But hey, I've beaten the majority of the Dragon Quest series, so I can do grinding in my sleep.
de Blob 2 was fun. It improves on a lot of problems from the first game (NO MORE WAGGLE COMBAT WOO), but also makes a few missteps, like some levels that repeat themselves too much (mainly the incredibly dull soda level) and a few new enemies that kill the game's momentum. That's important, because constant movement and speed is where de Blob excels, not stealth and waiting.
Rogue Legacy. Beat the game after a fair bit of grinding. Good game. Quite enjoyed the random nature of the game. Dunno if I'll go for the plat. Had about 3 long sessions and I think I need a bit of a break from it :)
Cor blimey! Finished DQ8 over the weekend. Tremendous game.
