Or when the hero gets gunned at by 4 dudes with machine guns, and yet none of them ever bothers shooting ahead of the guy to kill him.

They'd suck at FPS games.

Too bad nothing else did. :P The intro movie ran at tenth normal speed, without sound, and was apparently unskippable. Once ingame, it was at something like 15 FPS without frameskip, so about 1/3 normal speed, and the ground was glitching out. The text boxes that popped up to give me what I assume were control instructions were blank, and I'm pretty sure there was supposed to be something talking to tell me what I was supposed to be doing or at least setting atmosphere, but there was nothing but the backround ambience.
I burned the game to a DVD, I'll try the latest version of PCSX2 when I get my new computer, I guess.

You know, an FPS would be good right about now. I've been playing far too many stealth, RPG, and adventure games lately. :wacko: Maybe I should download call of duty or something.
