Parker is a surname of English origin, derived from Old French with the meaning 'keeper of the park'. Which explains why there is a free beer boxing stadium with a Bloodbug Petting Zoo park and the only living tree next to its sign, with a van down by the river as a doghouse player home named River Van with River(Dogmeat) as Nick Parker's seeing eye dog. It's amusing to say the least, and one big Commonwealth of Boston amusement park map, to be its keeper in.
Edit: It's also a tribute to Chris Farley, Rutger Hauer and not just River the most loving and coolest German Shepard in gaming history in her eternal life as a Fallout 4 AI modeled in 3D by capturing her mannerisms and behaviors. All the cool people and their pets should have a Fallout 4 afterlife forever, next I will add Nimoy as a companion science officer with ahem Science!

The thing about Madonna and Barbara Eden being Armored Core pilots in Fallout 4 is they have vented boots for area of effect impact landings while not in power armor.
