Come on people, HELP ME!
Laptop... Desk...?
My laptop desk was my lap... top...
I don't wish to set my legs on fire. Plus I like having a mouse.
Dress code
Layout of store
Assigned duties (will I also be sweeping up or helping old ladies carry shit?)
Opening/closing procedure (IE: Get in super early or shortly before opening)
Protocol for handling customers (complaints, rude customers, not knowing where something is)
Pick one or two.
I was going to ask about career progression. Good idea or no?
It's a good enough idea.
It gives them opportunities to bullshit about their policy of hiring people with little/no experience, how they promote from within, and how they aren't sticking you in a dead end job.
Even though they'll clearly take the guy with more experience, they'll frequently hire people less qualified who don't know shit to do upper level positions, and you'll find yourself maybe one or two notches up the ladder in 5-10 years.
Bah, they better employ me. They'll not find anyone else with as much computer knowledge as I.
Better hope polo didn't move to Britain.

And I suddenly crave a delicious donair.
Life is fucking unfair.
I forgot polo existed.
Shit, ALL THOSE MEMBERS THAT LEFT FOR PARTS UNKNOWN. MAN.
Wow, feel like I've been here forever now. :\
When I joined you hadn't started high school.
Who feels old?
actually, If you actually did join in Oct 05, I had just started High School.
So hooray?
Okay so my math is slightly off.
Still it's a long ass time.
Long long long ago.
