Mods have specific sections they have power over, yes. Guys with mod powers over, say, Everything Emulation can't do a whole lot about stuff in General Gaming. Though they can still ban/infract people anywhere.


On an unrelated note, I need some food. Nothing like half killing yourself on deadlifts to turn people into ravening hunger beasts.

GTA IV feels like such a blast from the past, I've not played this game since '08...
