So I'm playing Skyrim, and my character has been doing all sorts of evil shit as of late. So I accept this quest called The Taste of Death. I enter this secret cannibal cult and it turns out the town butcher is one of its members. It is implied that the meat he sells in town is of questionable origin. I'm suddenly all "NUKE THIS WHOLE SECT FROM ORBIT" and turn on the quest givers, slaughtering them all.
"Quest failed" message pops up. I decide not to give a fuck.

:lol I'm currently fixing a Wii for a friend at work. Their child thought that it would be a good idea to put change into the disc drive slot. I guess it's been non-functional for almost 8 months now. That parents is why you keep your electronics out of reach of your kids.
