Super Metroid-took down Kraid and got the Varia Suit! Yeah baby! :D
Warriors Orochi. Just some good ole fashioned hack and slash :top:
Final Fantasy Fables: Chocobo's Dungeon-closest I have to an Eastery game since I'm essentially controlling a giant Peep. lol
Yoshi's Island, Wind Waker HD and I'm about to start Gunpoint.
I just played Megaman X7 yesterday and I can't even fathom continuing. Megaman X series will end right here for me, it's time to move on to something else.
Kirby's Adventure-still a good game. one day I will find all the secrets
Demons Gaze arrived today, so I'm now playing that.
Ah, I got a head start on you. Though I'm still not that far because I'm only half-playing it most of the time as I get distracted by playoff basketball and hockey.
Allright I'll be willing to put my life on the line again XD. And on topic, I tried out MAME emulation yesterday and actually got successfull results yay! Only because years ago when I tried it before I was trying to play an unplayable game but like I knew that XD.
On MAME so far I've played Killer Instinct 1 and 2 and would greatly appreciate some recommendations from anyone. Thanks : D.
Fighter recommendation?
Well lets see
Almost every Fighter/Game on the Neogeo
Asura Blade
Asura Buster
Vampire Savior
Vampire Hunter
Jojo's Bizarre Adventure
Street Fighter Alpha series
All I can think up ATM.
And on Topic I'm currently playing some Mimana Iyar Chronicle.
You know, I'd be up for a rerelease of X7 if Capcom found a way to kill nearly all the load times. The game has a lot of flaws, but the constant, pervasive, mind numbing, soul crushing, look at a knife as a good escape load times were the biggest issue.
That and the knock back which sends you skidding backwards for something like five seconds upon being hit. It's never a good thing when you die simply because the game takes away control so you slid backwards into a pit of instant death.
Demon Gaze is pretty fun, assuming you don't mind awful grinding.
It's a very typical JP dungeon crawler.
Playing Toradora Portable IN ENGLISH in PPSSPP, oh such a sweet day this is :]
Oh nice, another game you won't finish.
After finishing Sigma Harmonics (which was kinda shit unfortunately) I wanted a detective game that was actually good, so I started Ace Attorney Investigations 2.
Decided to pick up where I left off in Disgaea 3 and started Lone Suvivor and Child of Light.
Sup Tan! :wav:
I'm currently playing Tales of Eternia Properly Undubbed :)
I know I'm not Tan but I beat it on PC ages ago, so...
It's decent. Good soundtrack and solid atmosphere, and the story is the same symbolic stuff you see in SH2. However, it does nothing better than SH2, so don't expect it to be as good. It's a tremendously overhyped game so adjust your expectations accordingly and you'll have fun.
As for me, Case 1 finally finished in AAI2. Longest first case in any AA game ever. Edgeworth is still dreamy~
It's what you'd expect. Aka good. More Edgeworth, more Kay, and for a first case this had quite a few twists.
Good grief. Didn't you have a save near the end of the PS1 version? :P
I'm still playing Demon Gaze. Feels like it will be a fairly long game. Yesterday the Vita ran out of power while I was playing, thankfully new-fangled console and what not so I was able to resume once I got it charged. Otherwise I would have lost a fair bit of time.
If you like grindy games and the Japanese take on dcs you will love this game.
Seems like right now I've got Borderlands 2 (PS3) in co-op, Motorstorm RC (Vita) when I can stomach it and Metroid Fusion (GBA) on the go.
I'm playing River City Ransom
Been playing Fatal Frame 2 (on the ps2), and I also started up Wild Arms alter code f.
All this RE talk in Retro made me start Resident Evil 6.
Playing Galerians on PS1. I've been nostalgic for it even though it's my very first time playing it. My brother's friend back in Italy talked about it all the time and I'm liking it.
Faxanadu
Decided to start Demon Gaze for real this time and I seriously regret choosing to have my first party member be a healer.... attack is non existent and she dies every fight and is costing a small fortune to revive and pay rent every time I go back to the inn. :low2:
I knew I should have took the paladin.
Paladin or Samurai is the way to go for the first one. I went with Paladin first since they have so much HP it helps give you some reach in boss fights. Then made a Samurai. Samurais are good for grinding because they have line attack specials (first just one enemy line, then two etc...) and plenty of katanas have a chance at instant death. I just grabbed my 4th demon key, this feels like a somewhat long game.
