Might be because of his dark past. He got his prison sentence reduced after making a deal iirc.
Being a criminal is fine, you can move on from that (as long as it isn't something really hardcore), but ratting out other people will affect your reputation for life.

I've watched some of his stuff and had a laugh but I don't have any respect for the guy :shrug: He's another sort of weasel.

Eh yeah I can see where you are coming from on that, reading in to it now. However i did notice he didnt do what everyone else does after and sign up to those fucking anti-drug adverts (Atleast as far as i know XD). I remember when peewee got sniffing blow, next thing "this is crack coccaine, ITS BAD! HA HAAAAA! But i can't act this way without it!" and so peewees carrier died XD

the show was good early on they probably should have ended it much sooner than they did.
as far as chevy chase goes he only had a few good movies.
