I downloaded ToCA Race Driver 2 and it came in parts that are 001 file all the way through 032 file and I can't find anything to help me combine them into a playable iso that will actually work. Can someone help me out with this?

Get the latest built of 7zip, install it, open the first part of the split archive , extract contents.
No need to merge the split archive , just make sure you have all the parts in the same directory.
