I think I got the incomplete version of the file from the extraction software. I use the latest version of "The Unarchiver". Please help me troubleshoot this so that I will be able to extract the complete version of the file.

Just sounds like failed/corrupt download, just try again.

I normally advise using a download manager that has resume options but as you are using a mac I'm not as familiar with what is available to use.
