Burned Time Crisis Problem

Hey guys, I'm not quite sure if this is the right thread for this question, so move it if I'm wrong. :)

Anyways, so guys, I perform the swap trick with my burned copy of Time Crisis. It was burned at 8x, iirc.

After the swap trick, er, I don't know how to describe this, so I uploaded my own video to YouTube. It's a video looking problem, but my PS1 runs the official CDs fine.
