PCSX2 help - Dark Cloud

So, I am new to emulators, and I really got craving the game Dark Cloud which only goes for PS2. So, I downloaded PCSX2, I have Windows 8 if this will be needed, and then went to http://www.emuparadise.me/Sony_Plays...d_(USA)/150457 to download the ISO. I am not techy whatsoever soo I may be very vague at explaining. I downloaded the file and turned it into a WinRAR file. 7-zip wasn't working, and I tried to extract the folder but nothing was working. I know for a fact I am doing something wrong and I am just not capable of finding the problem as I don't have the smarts for this. I won't be available for the next 15 or so hours, as I have school and it is 12am, but if someone could give me some tips on how to do this I'd greatly appreciate it. In a step-by-step way that I'd be capable of following. Thanks.

If someone could just walk me step by step on how to get this game in PCSX2 to play, that'd be greatly appreciated.
