Disgaea - Afternoon of Darkness PSP issue

OS: Win7 Home Premium 32bit
Graphics card: AMD Radeon HD 6300 series
RAM: 2048MB on-board, approximately 937 GPU

Emulators used:
PPSSPP v0.9.1
JPCSP v0.7

Plugins: None that didn't come default.
Used alternate ROMs/ISOs: Yes.

PPSSPP:
I think it may just be computer at the moment, but the graphics work beautifully. However, the audio shows it's not performing at its best. It's choppy, staticy, and slow.

JPCSP:
The ISO doesn't even run. I load the file, and I get nothing but a dos window telling me things I don't quite understand yet.
