Dolphin Stuttering
New to using the Dolphin, but so far most of the games I've run on it have a lot of stuttering. It happens every couple of seconds so it's constant and hard to ignore. I've tried going through all the settings turning them all of then on by themselves as well as switching between backends, but nothing seems to resolve the issue. I've also tried look up a few solutions online, but they haven't fixed the issue either. The games giving me the constant stuttering are Monster Hunter Tri, Baten Kaitos, and Xenoblade.
Computer Spec:
Windows 7 64-bit
Intel Core i7 920/2.67 GHz
6 gigabytes of RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 Ti
I've been trying Dolphin emulators between 3.00 and the latest 3.5 build. Anyone know how to resolve this stuttering?
Thanks in advance!

Can you post a little more info about your processor? Like the exact model number?
Just to be on the safe side, go to Control Panel ---> Hardware and Sound ---> Power Options, and change your power plan to "High performance".

Okay, I added what I believe to be the model of my processor, as well as a link for more information about it.
Also my power settings had already been set to high.

Check dolphin compatibilty list:

Search for Xenoblade. Setup the emulator with the info provided under "testing".

I'm able to max that game out completely on Dolphin and get 30FPS, with the occasional dip to 24fps or so, but that is only with like 4 mobs on the screen attacking.
That is with:
x3 native
x9 SSAA
x16 AF
1920 x 1080 resolution.
My specs:
I5 2500k @ 4.5ghz
Radeon 6970 graphics.
TC has a better GPU than I got. But this game is mostly CPU dependent. You should be able to OC that I7 920 to at least 3ghz on the stock cooler, unless your motherboard is complete junk. That would help a ton with FPS issues.
