Hi, new to the forums, hope I am in the right place.
I want to burn Xenosaga onto a disc for my PS2, but the COMPRESSED file is 6.5GB, and DVD disc size is 4.7GB.
How do I go about putting this ISO onto a disc? I am guessing that splitting the file will not work considering it is a game.
Any help would be GREAT

P.S.
I try and download a game, i.e. Silent Hill Shattered Memories, but it says authentication required, is that my login or something I am not able to do?
from the sounds of it its a dual layer disc rip, but if i recall the ps2 didnt support dual layer? i could be wrong afterall, whats the un comppressed size? and would you mind linking me to the place you downloaded Xenosaga and as for silent hill where did you try and download from? the main site or the forum if the main site try this link or this link

yeah I wanted rogue galaxy too, but same large file problem, so I guess that's the way to do it.
and I didn't think of getting the games from the forums, thanks guys!

oh, and oddly enough, i went back to link the Silent Hill, Shattered Memories, and it no longer requires authentication. i usually says that the server requires a login in.
but no more! :)

This Silent hill game DOES ask for it. would be good to know why I can't do it even though I now know I can get them through the forums.

there are two ways you can do this one is by hitting the little thanks button on the bottom right of the poster you want to thank the other is to hit the little star icon also on the bottom right of the post you want to give rep to.Quote:
