Lemmings 3d - burning to disc

I've downloaded Lemmings 3d but it only has a .bin file and .ape tracks. Usually I'd use Alcohol 120% to burn an image but I have no idea what to do with this. Can anybody help out? Is there a way to get everything into an iso or something similar so it'll play on my Playstation?
