This should help. And to hell with copyrights! I think its ok unless he names/links something specific. Else MP4 converters would not be free/cheap/possibly exist.
Panda Man, he's not trying to convert mp4 video, he's trying to convert m4p audio.
There's a program called JHymn but it only works with m4p bought on iTunes version 4.x or earlier.
