EDIT: The last time I messed around with HTML in signatures I did it wrong and it ended up completely screwing up the forum for every thread that I posted in. It'd be nice to mimick that effect but there are probably precautions now. ;(

Yes, there are precautions. And the latest precaution to help your friendly neighbourhood admin, MasJ, not get headaches is disabling HTML in your signatures. Sorry guys, I know you have a lot of fun with you Marquee guild and everything. I'm sure that you'll be able to come up with something else to cause me a headache though ;).

Nah, the decision was in the pipeline for a while now. It's more secure to have HTML disabled in signatures in any case.. it wasn't disabled because of your marquees. That's just an added incentive ;).

I demand you figure out a way to feature marquees without using HTML. Hop hop, get to it.

I'd be willing to bet that if MasJ adds any new BBcode tags, the marquee one won't be among them. Though a strikethrough tag could be nice.

Kikkoman is a huge proponent of marquee, he would never associate with one who is against it. I won't get into details about what he said about it, apart from that he called you a "marqueephobe".
