Corporate crooks

hey, what am I going to do with these people? My former ISP doesn't want to return my annual fee. Just paid in for a whole year EXACTLY 30 days ago. Their policy is that once someone is past 30 days, no refund. If you cancel 30 days or less, they give ALL your money back.

So I called these Joneses and canceled today, day #30. They offer the same cable company that Earthlink does, but I signed up with Earthlink cable. My ISP can't even touch their price.

So now I have cable + an ISP I can't use. Disconnecting my home phone service in less than 2 weeks. I told these ar$es this, and said they could keep the one month's fee. They refused a refund FOR ANY OF IT.

I'd hate to drop a nuclear bomb on them, but they're giving me little choice. I'm one of those guys that would never do you wrong, but if you wrong me especially stealing my money $$$ I will become like the Tazmanian Devil & the friggin God of Death combined. Not a good thing...

So what am I gonna do with these crooks?

Go down to the HQ and fucking rob them.

A few bricks through their plate glass window would be a bit more appropriate. Of course, it would have my name written all over it....
I'm such a bad influence on people. Maybe I should do as my friend said (a real wuss out of a friend) and just "take it up the bunghole like a man".

Uh yeah, I wouldn't recommend trying anything like that...it's just not a smart move.

It depends on how committed you are, but you could always threaten with legal action/take legal action...

update, 11/22: These stupid pricks are going to have to get the big shaft if u know what I mean. I canceled on the 29th day, their own cancellation policy shows 30 days or less and FULL REFUND. I didn't ask for the refund, I just wanted my other 11 mos back. Easy solution though...just going to write a short letter to the Pres of the Co. Real business-like, no threats, or f**k you crooks...oh man I would love to say that of course. They are not worth getting into trouble over.

If that doesn't work out, just going to complain to the BBB & local paper. Give it a few mos....then I'll just sue them in court. Costs $55 to file; I have my original login date & I'm sure I would win. Just love to fill their email boxes with my name. Believe me, they will be VERY SORRY they messed with someone who will bring em Hell. As the saying goes, u mess w/the wrong person & they can make your life a living Hell.
