what do ya'll think? should NO be rebuilt? i say no. even though it does have tons of history, still, who's to tell that another disaster won't hit it again to a worse degree. and who's to say that the president will then grant the amount of money needed to built stronger levee's.
I guess thats a question for the citizens of New Orleans, they should be the ones that take that decision
I don't know if it should be rebuilt, but I think it will be :P.
I heard that if the New Orleans levee's had the proper repairs and upgrades through the years it would have helped a lot against what happened. Whos to say if they would have broke but my guess would be NO. Appearently when the city asked Bush for $$$ to upgrade/fix them he actually said no and it wasn't over the top expensive. I guess he needed the money to bomb Iraq :dread:
well I think they should just leave all the water save the money that were going to use to drain the city and have every one move north 10 miles and start NO 2 with blackjack and hookers.shazam

yeah, but its gonna take ALOT of money to rebuilt things. prolly more money than it would have costed had NO gotten the amount they needed for a stronger levee. it just seriously wasn't a good idea to build an entire city where it was.
I'm about a 1,000 miles north so the new plague would take some time to get to me. also they would create some vacinne. They are so racist down their in all seriousness.
