Whenever i run ePSXe, i click on the Final Fantasy 7 .img thingy... then this error comes up... you know the one for the rror report? then it just closes...whats the problem? is it with the .img fikle? or is it with the emulator? if it's with the .img file... i [more like my friend] doesn't wanna start over again. Is there anyway to save the file he has?:\ :\ [Also, he has played it for a while...but then this error came up...PLEASE HELP!!]
What are the graphic plugin your using?
Computer specs?
Was the .img a bad dump?
I'm using Peops plugin... and no the img it wasn't a bad dump!I played it b4

we're sorry but ePSXe needs to be closed and that there's an error report ready to go....
I would delete ePSXe and then redownload it. Make sure you save your save files first. It sounds that something is messed up with ePSXe not the image. I would also burn the image for a backup.
i already redownloaded it.... is there anywat to save the files on the game? i it in the memcards for the ePSXe?
I would uninstall then clean out your registry. And, I cant understand that last bit......

Yes, go into the memcards folder and copy them. The one labled something 1 is the first card and the one labled 2 something is the 2nd card. You can even mass produce the cards by copying them over and over again!

Have you tested ePSXe with any other game by the way, that way you can tell if it's the emu of you your copy of the game?
I do have a strong feeling it is the emu though and not the *.img file
if you clear the reg and still doesn't work all I can think of is that one of your plugins may also be corrupt so replacing those would be your next step if you are still getting the error
(Sounds very much like a mem error thats making it crash either by low mem or even like I said a corrupt plugin or reg.)
