Wild Arms XF (USA) ISO Trouble Downloading. PLEASE HELP!!!

So I downloaded the link, and as per usual after it downloaded all night long because I have crappy wifi, I put it into my before folder, my before folder is where I extract it, make sure everything is A-OK before I copy it to my tablet. I have downloaded a few other games without any problems, but however the file looks very different. I am a bit hesitant putting it into my rom file folder for my game tablet. Its a complete open folder without the I next to it at all. you can go in and see all these files and stuff and I really have not a clue what I did wrong if I did anything wrong. If someone could help me out and give me some insight, maybe I am over thinking things and its perfectly fine, then tell me. I just really like some help on this.
