Dolphin Crashes after loading game for the 2nd time?

I will admit, I'm a bit new to using the dolphin 5.0 Emulator, but it seems to be having a strange issue that only happens after loading the game for a second time? I've downloaded a couple ISO's and have had no issues getting them to show up and on the initial load of the game, everything seems to be fine, but after I close it and attempt to reload it Dolphin seems to freeze and then crash. I don't get an error message and I can't even get to the games title screen. I'm not sure if I've some how been closing the application wrong and that's the reason. I've tried re-downloading games, re-downloading dolphin and trying to load from previous save states, nothing seems to work. The games in question are Pikmin, Pikmin 2 and Chibi Robo. Any suggestions to fix the problem are greatly appreciated.
