I just wanted to let someone know that,

Mortal Kombat Trilogy (USA)
Legend of Dragoon, The (USA) Disk 1,2,3 and 4
Hexen - Beyond Heretic (USA)

For PSX Don't work!

I tried everything in my power to Convert and play
but to no avail.

You'll have to go into details, saying that something doesn't work is not saying too much.

Well I downloaded all three and the credits loaded just fine but when it came time to load the game,

The legend of dragoon shows a no piracy sign (Like a no smoking sign)
Mortal kombat trilogy would also load the credits then crash.
Hexen wouldn't play at all.

I'm not a first timer, If you can get them to work please let me know.

Tell us how it is that you're emulating these, what emu you're using or if you're running them on an actual console. Is The console utilizing any special hardware or what media you burned them to.
I often hear people complain that their downloads are not in an ISO format, but few emulators require an ISO file type. Fact is, the ISO is a vague term for most any disc image. PSX games can be found in many formats such as BIN/CUE, ISO, IMG, etc. And rarely need converted at all. The only conversion you should be doing at all is "extraction" from either zip, 7z, rar or ecm.

Give us some more to work with here.

Legend of Dragoon would have copy protection so if you're emulating you'll need the relevant sbi file.
