If you do not own them yes.
some are abandonware though so they are free game.
Yes you're a filthy pirate.
Not as bad as pirates of old that didn't wash for months or even more than a year, and sometimes resorted to anal sex with their mates because having a woman on your ship was considered bad luck.
Spoiler warning:
I think I might move this thread as it's rather vague, and the OP doesn't seem to be looking for specific Nintendo emu help.
Edit:
Moved to GG.
You aren't considered as a pirate if you have already bought retail copies. However, i download roms or isos only for games that i don't own

Owning the game doesn't mean you can download the ISO/ROM legally, it depends on the country.
If you own the game your downloading No,it is not considered Pirateing But if do NOT own the game,YES it is considered Pirateing.
Wait, what's the title if I download a few hundred?
Well, if you download the rom it depends on your country. If you make it yourself with a cable and money, it's always legal. Also, they can tell the difference when they inspect the computer.
Oh, oops guess I should check. I mean I only pirate if I can't get the game in the States.
