this happened to all of my arcsoft programs and now it happening to all of my
computer game cds.:shrug:

Without the specifics of your computer and the full error message, its hard to tell. Do a quick run though this guide and see if any of it helps.

I think he's got a virus. Thats what happened to me when I had a virus eons ago :P and I totally freaked out as a child :P I used to think....wow...my comp's running uber fast without the stupid antivirus running in the background :wacko:
I can think of about 200 different things that could cause this that does not involve a virus ;)
