Games won't play from USB loader

Hi, I've recently modded my Wii (running 4.3U). I used ModMii to install everything needed for USB loaders to work (cIOSes, WADs, etc). While two of the games I tried work (Wii Sports and Prince of Persia) worked, the third one (Rune Factory: Frontier) did not. When I tried to start the game in cfg USB loader, it froze when I selected the game and then went back to the homebrew channel. When I tried it in Wiiflow, I got an error saying that an exception (DSI) had occurred, or something along those lines. Has anyone else had these kinds of problems, and if so do they know how to fix them? Thanks.

Rune Factory Frontier - Works - NTSC-U - RUFE99 - 2.2G - Got random freezes on v1.1. Random freezes with cIOS rev 10/rev 14 on NeoGamma R6/R7 too. / Works fine on rev14, USB via channel loader. No freezes whatsoever. Changed status to green.
