You could try gbxemu.com they have like all the Gameboy Advanced Roms. Great Site for GBA

I have those... I have every single GBA game ever made :)

Bet you don't have Legacy of Goku cause its not out but its been made.

There isn't a Lufia Gaiden rom for GBA yet. I'll send it over once there is though.
