Basically, I installed the game on my Ppsspp emulator
The file was ISO. I was able to start the game but the screen keeps flashing and flickering. I don't know how to fix it. Also, it is lagy and the sound is choppy. I've tried frameskiping but the screen keeps flashing. It's on my Android phone.
I was fiddling around with this just a few weeks ago. Except for the very rare slight slowdown when a lot of enemies were onscreen it ran perfectly fine. I haven't changed any settings since then so I can post them, pretty sure they're mostly default though. And my computer isn't exactly top of the line either :P
First off what are your computer specs?
Oh and try setting frame skipping to 2. Iirc setting to 1 will cause games to flicker- I may have that backwards though.
Could you send me a screenshot of the graphic settings?

The game speed will depend more on the specs of the phone than any settings
Tweaking settings will only take you so far
Glad I own a PSP well even better I own a Vita my phone would not get very far either
