Editing graphics?

Is there a program out there that can be used to edit the graphics in an n64 rom?

to edit the actual game or to take a screenshot?

I think he wants to edit the models and/or textures, or perhaps the special effects.

Thanks for the links, although... I'm not quite sure how to use the N64 Graphics editor. Anyone know of a guide?
