PSX Datacenter Updates

Today I had added 25 new entries to the PSX Datacenter, like Tony Hawks Pro Skater, Twisted Metal, Triple Play 97 & 98, The Powerpuff Girls, Touge Max 2, Tokyo Majin Gakuen Oboro Kitan, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six, etc.
Some update entries like That's QT, Shachou Eiyuuden - Eagle Shooting Heroes & the Kartia the World of Fate NTSC-U manual.
