Aquaculture Mod for 1.11.0/1.11.1/1.11.2 is out now, check it out




When Minecraft made the leap into version 1.7, fishing finally got the major update it needed to make it more fun. Not only did special water and bubble animations show when fish were approaching the hook and biting at it, new sound effects also appeared to let players know exactly when to right click to catch something. New things besides fish could be caught too – like pieces of leather, magic books, enchanted fishing rods and more. The Aquaculture mod expands on fishing even more than this though, by adding a slew of new edible things to be caught, as well as a number of new non-fish items to catch.
