PSX Datacenter Updates

Today I have added 4 new entries to the PSX Datacenter and updated some like Megaman 8, Megaman X3, Megaman Legends, Medal of Honor Underground, Meguri Aishite, Medievil 2, Memories Off, etc.

I also added the PAL spanish & portuguese manual of Medal of Honor Underground.
