PSX Datacenter Updates

Today I had added 26 new entries to the PSX Datacenter, like V-Rally 2 , Uchuu no Rendezvous Rama, Ugetsu Kitan, Ultraman Tiga & Ultraman Dyna, UEFA Champions League Season 1998-1999 & 2000-2001, etc.
Some update entries like Tekken 2, The Firemen 2, The Mystic Dragoons or The Three Stooges, and the USA english manual of Spec Ops Ranger Elite.
