PSX Datacenter Updates

Today I have added 1 new entry to the PSX Datacenter and updated some like Shadow Madness, Shadow Man, Shanman King, Shadow Master, Shibas 1-2-3, Shellshock, etc.

I also added the NTSC-J Manual of Shadow Tower.
