PSX Datacenter Updates

Today I have added 4 new entries to the PSX Datacenter and updated some like Ace Combat, Azure Dreams, Ore no Ryouri, Option Tuning Car Battle, Ouji-Sam Lv.1, Walt Disney's The Jungle Book, etc.

I also added the NTSC-J Manual of Ace Combat.
