PSX Datacenter Updates

Today I have added 4 new entries to the PSX Datacenter and updated some like Need for Speed III, Need for Speed Porsche, Neo Atlas 2, NFL Gameday, NFL Blitz, Next King, Neorude - Kizamareta Monshou, etc.

I also added the NTSC-J manual of London Seirei Tanteidan.
