PSX Datacenter Updates

Today I have added 4 new entries to the PSX Datacenter and updated some like Golden Nugget, Gex - Enter the Gecko, Goemon Shin Sedai Shuumei, Gokujou Paradius, Gokuu Densetsu - Magic Beast Warriors, Golden Goal '98, Golgo 13, G-Police, etc.

I also have added the NTSC-J manual of Tennis no Ouji Sama.
