Question fullsets in DVD

Is it possible to reduce a fullset with the best and most current dumps of MAME and Nintendo 64 ROMs to less than 4.7GB, which is the size to put on a DVD disc, but in MAME, keeping all the official games up to the year 2001 and Nintendo 64 keeping all the official games released?

I'm trying to put together fullsets to put on a DVD MDisc
SNES, Mega Drive, NES, Master System, N64 and MAME, but I don't know if it's possible to put them all on a single 4.7GB DVD
At least for the SNES, I'd like to have all the hacks released for MAME. I'm only interested in the Street Fighter 2 hacks, but on other platforms, if the hacks don't take up too much space, I can keep them + emulators

I have a DVD player
I have a burner
I have the movies I want on DVD, and they are AVI format


so I guess my question is how or what programs are needed to make them a VCD, and once I have a VCD all I do is burn it and it whould work on a DVD player?

Fetch yourself DVDFab, that was the go-to program for this back when people still did this. Which version of the program do you use in 2025? That I don't know. They still have a site up for the program, but it looks terrible as they try to shill paid versions. Used to be you could do everything you wanted DVD-wise with the free versions of the program...
