GGPO is an Arcade emulator for the PC which has no-lag online play.
The only games available at the moment are Street Fighter Alpha 2,
and Marvel Vs Capcom.
But more will be added shortly.
Every match you play is recorded on there website and can be viewed at any time from the Dojo.

I highly recomend this for anyone into fighting games who is looking for a challenge.
