i was thinking of making a post for getting people to help out adding serials to that database to make it complete as im sure many traders / collecters here will have some titles that arent in that list

ill probably put it in the emulation section i think thats best place for it

The list was fixed anyway the original list didn't even mention the SLES disc4 but still doesn't mention the Platinum version it was 9 and the UK version so I got that totally wrong lol

well its forever being updated as soon as new serials are found ill need to say to him to add the fact ff IX has the same serial for plat as orriginal release (i think the other version he had listed is german but he hasnt got round to adding the languages to the index yet) ... as u can imagine its gonna be a lot of work hehe

Hmm in the Everything Emulation section, you could do if you wanted or you could put it in General Gaming

nice one ... im not as handy with tools for psx stuff as that , im kind of a collecter but the collection pretty much stopped when i got every rpg with english text known lol now i only really download random titles or try to find new serials (would take me to long to get every game ever made and god forbid the hard drive / cd space needed for it lol)

It's actually very possible that we find 2 different FF9 platinum editions with 2 different serials, even if both are PAL UK or PAL FR.

segnin can i just really say thankyou ... thanks to that site u brought to light theres about 100 more new serials to be added to the index (a lot of which were german releases etc)

the list itself is yet to be updated as he is at work but once again i must really thank you

Not to sound like I'm bitching, but that's not exactly proof...
Of course,I know that there's no reason these serials would'nt be valid, but...that's still not like it's 100% proof...is it, Topaz ?

Well, I don't know about the other serials, but I do know that SLES-03069 : ECW Anarchy Rulz really exists because I have the game, and when I mounted it to a virtual drive. that was its serial number.

I'll upload the game to BT next week and you can download it and see for yourself.

SLES-03389 Grand Theft Auto - Mission Pack #1 - London 1969 (Grand Theft Auto Collectors' Edition CD2of3) [E]
SLES-01404 Grand Theft Auto 2 (Grand Theft Auto Collectors' Edition CD3of3) [E]

The codes for Grand Theft Auto Collectors' Edition CD1 and CD3 have already been listed though but the same codes are on the Collectors CD's aswell

SLES-03389 is new though

The CD's are labled as
SLES-00032/COLL.
SLES-03389/COLL.
SLES-01404/COLL.

/COLL. is not part of the games main exe's name though

P.S. do you want scans of CD's as proof or anything?

It was just an idea because I could be making all this up

I could even change the code for any PSX games main exe and even go as far as to change the code used in a save game, so even from that point it's not all that hard to fake it though thats going a lil too much out the way just to fake something.
