The Terranigma rom (SNES rom) refuses to be downloaded

Im using firefox, and I've tried downloading this file over 5 times, with the same error: 550 failed to change directory.

I have given the site a few minutes each time, but to no avail. I apologize if this error has been adressed somewhere I missed.

Majora's Mask, Ocarina of Time, and Sonic Adventure soundtracks won't work. I'm using Internet Explorer and I've tried for several days now at various times.

The whole MGS2 soundtrack downloads are screwy. Even after I downloaded Mozilla Firefox it still went to the leecher page. I checked again and again so I don't think it's a mass people downloading problem. Please help, I love that soundtrack.

Almost all of the Zelda Windwaker songs are broken. I download part of the song, varying from a few kilobytes to megabytes and then when a % is finished, the download ends and i play it and a fragment of the song plays. Almost every single song does this. I have tried this on both Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer today. Can someone please fix this? Thanks. Do you need any more information?

I think there is something wrong with file 1 of CD 1 of Valkyrie Proflie. I have downloaded all of the files and they are all the same size, except the first and last one. The last one makes sense, but the first one is like 50k smaller.
I have downloaded it several times using firefox and flashget.

Two things...

ISSUE #1:

I wanted to download a Neo Geo game called "Dive Alert - Becky's Ver.", however, everytime I click the link, it sends me to a page that says this:

Anti-Leech Error!

ngpc-Dive%20Alert%20-%20Becky%27s%20Version%20(UE).zip
Does not exist in this page's link file, please go back to the page and contact the webmaster about this problem. Tell him this:

I couldn't download ngpc-Dive%20Alert%20-%20Becky%27s%20Version%20(UE).zip since you miss configured the anti-leech link file. ngpc-Dive%20Alert%20-%20Becky%27s%20Version%20(UE).zip doesn't exist in your link file. Remember that it's case sensitive! Thanks, and please e-mail me back once you fixed this error.

ISSUE#2:
I've been trying to download the Silent Hill ISO files, but I only made it to Part 3 before it crapped out on me. I tried to see if the other files would load, but they won't either. I've tried everything, including Firefox 2.0 and IE7, but nothing's budging. And I've had this same problem with a few other files as well, like Paper Mario[ ], Resident Evil Directors Cut Uncut and Ehrgeiz.[ ].

Could someone please check these out for me? Please please? ^__^;;

Castlevania Symphony of the Night on PS1, I have been trying to access it since 5pm EST on Oct 21 2008, I was able to get the first 5 parts without a problem and it crapped out on me just into the 6th part. Now if I try to re-download even the first 5 parts I still get an error. As of now the error still exists.

I'm using Firefox 3, but I've also tried other browsers too, the newest version of Safari and even IE 7. Still the same issue.

I'm getting an error trying to download Final Fantasy 8 disc 3. I got parts 1 through 4 no problem but on part five I was sent to an index with a warning message that said
"421 There are too many connections from your internet address."
I then tried to get part 6 and it worked fine. So in the end I was able to download parts 1,2,3,4,6, and 9, but i got the same error for all the other parts. I tried opening it in Firefox and IE but with IE I got nothing at all. I tried to download it at 9 pm and 10 pm MST October 23.

Try clearing out your cookies and files, then attempt to download again.

It has one download link. And it doesn't work. I'm currently using Firefox and my version is 3.0.6. I was able to Download blood omen last night.

Most all dl's I've tried today and yesterday are broken... maybe its just my machine. Anyways, I've tried to dl chrono cross, FF8 (both games) and Hikari Planitb (english, Kingdom Hearts soundtrack, of course)
I'm on IE6 and thats what I tried to DL with.
