    It's not backwards, it's a general demand for Japanese language classes. I thought the weeaboo culture was restricted to America.

    Japan has become a major power in the world. It's the same as taking english if you're not native to america or the U.K.

    Yes, because you can't learn Latin, Chinese, German, and French at any decent school because the languages don't have crazy fanboys.
