Planets are boring.

Yes some planets are pretty barren but I expected that. Not every planet will have vegetation and lifeforms all over the place, come on ffs.
You will see some cave types duplicated on other planets/moons. This isn't any worse than back playing Oblivion (same thing was done there). That doesn't bother me tbh.

There's plenty to do. Exploring a planet surface to find some locations can take a bit, but this kinda reminds me of Morrowind and I actually like that... Oblivion, Skyrim, FO3 and FONV many locations weren't far from each other so while exploring was cool in those games actually finding new locations wasn't as rewarding as in Morrowind, imo.

As I said I haven't even started doing outposts and resources collecting yet. I'm not bored

No lvl cap I think.
I read somewhere that it takes until like lvl 326 to max all skills tho. Enemies generally scale to your lvl, but you can still see some lower than your lvl. Also if you go to a system that is set as a higher lvl than you are atm you will definitely see higher lvl enemies, but not every enemy will be tanked (I have tested this myself by going to systems above lvl 50 when I was below lvl 30).

Well like I said they generally level but not always. The levelling is much better than FO76.
It's probably similar to Skyrim I guess? It doesn't seem terrible to me.

It can be tolerable with caps on areas and creatures or other fine tuning. I'll never like it though .

A game? Maybe modifying the file but the data would still have to be there and I presume it isn't if you can't select languages (or it's based on locale settings which would be English US for you).

yes. the installer is in russian which wouldn't be too problematic but there's a couple check boxes during the installation and I have no idea what they are. when I checked the properties of the installer is said language neutral.

finished scrapland earlier. that game get repetitive rather quickly and some parts are completely bs(like baton races) the npcs cheat like bastards during races(near infinite ammo, super speed, accuracy)
overall it wasn't too bad but the VA is grating, I read a review today on moby that hit the nail on the head.

pretty sure it will as I installed another game recently that had a russian installer that installed english files I had to change the games language in the ini but that wasn't an issue.
the issue here is more what the check boxes are for, are they extra files, dx/c++ installers or other crap that I don't need or want?

Yeah I've usually found they're installers for dx and visual c runtimes and such. Which are not generally needed if you're upto date.

The big thing for me is how much of a broken mess Oblivion was. It was basically better to not level at all from what I remember. Would think/hope they have fixed things a bit since then with their level scaling design but who knows since I haven't played a game from them since.
