    but this is a version with english language and in menu is streets of rage I need with japanese language and in menu is bare knuckle

    Reason it says WORLD, put the emulator in japan mode and Bare Knuckle will come on the screen.

    THE BEST METHOD to run PSX games (and everything else for that matter) is via Retroarch - http://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/
    If you have any questions on how to set it up on Windows please feel free to ask, its very easy.
