Default Damn Firewall is slowing down my MSN tranfers

My Norton firewall is causing the receiving speed of my MSN transfers to go very slowly, usually on my old pc w/o the firewall it went a lot faster.

Sorry about that I typed it in a rush, I was wondering if there was anything I could do about it. I tried turning it off but that didn't work.

Didn't work but thanks for trying , I've found an alternative way to get what I was going to receive.

Well, to tell you the truth, Norton is CRAP. Ditch it I would recommend AVG Antivirus anytime and if you want you can *cough*download*cough* AVG Firewall Edition, which by the way works great on my PC

Or use Sygate personal firewall (It's free) + AVG Free Edition.

I just run AVG Antivirus and use Windows Firewall. All of that is free.
