Ah, I use VB2, myself. But, it doesn't seem to quite match the VB3 background, either...ah, well, not important, since the BG is barely noticable, anyways. I wouldn't have even noticed if you hadn't mentioned your style.
EDIT: Can I just say that top-bar VB3 is really ugly, though?

it matches perfectly with vbr3 i matched the HTML color code with ps, and I have a brand new lcd monitor, the color is pretty much perfect.Ah, I use VB2, myself.
