Just finished my 9 episode One Piece marathon and i'm very pleased and relaxed now in time for the new year (its a 2 minutes to 12 in England). Happy new year!

I hope you're getting the japanese subbed version as that is the only really version worth getting. I'm up to episode 131 and have still got to watch up to ep 253 which i beleive is the latest animated episode available.
Are you downloading a batch torrent in Azureus or another Bit torrent client? If you are the quickest way to download them is the set the upload speed to the lowest maximum speed for the best download rates, also just download 1 torrent at a time too, but i'm sure you already knew that.
