Super Castlevania IV Beta?

I was checking out some stuff on SCIV, when I found this magazine flyer:

Does this beta (or alpha) of the game exist as a ROM dump somewhere? I really want to play it. Also, there is a video of another beta version available, here is a link of it in .RM hosted on MegaUpload: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=903P7ZJ7

at the beginning of the video, you see that you could play with 2 players.... how would that be?
2 persons at the same time?
or one at a time?
