You can't make yourself grow taller if you've finished growing (which is around 19-20 usually). If you are still growing, make sure you have enough calcium and such.
Anyways, height is usually determined by your parent's genes, but there are other factors as well. If you are short and have stopped growing, then you aren't going to get taller.
And any crazy method for making you taller is going to probably do some nasty things to your joints and ligaments (stretching).
